MERGER OF JOPPA LOGISTICS AND ROHLIG SUUS

It is a great honour to inform you that on 6 June 2023, an agreement was concluded on the basis of which the company Joppa Logistics s.r.o. will become part of the multinational logistics group ROHLIG SUUS Logistics. The entire transaction will be officially completed in the coming weeks of this year.

The company ROHLIG SUUS Logistics is one of the largest logistics companies in Central and Eastern Europe with a worldwide presence and a comprehensive range of transport and warehousing services. I am sure that together we will be stronger and that both parties will benefit from this synergy. The merger will bring a number of benefits and synergies to both parties and as a result our customers will also benefit from this acquisition.

The main objective of this change is to strengthen our market position, to complement each other's service portfolio, as well as further development and overall growth.
